Why 300x300 Pixels is the Standard Application Format
Across official employment portals, banking circulars, and educational admissions (including Teletalk Bangladesh, SSC, UPSC, and state PSC circulars), the required portrait photo specification is strictly defined as 300 pixels in width by 300 pixels in height with a file size not exceeding 100KB.
How to Prepare Your Photo:
- Ensure both ears and eyes are visible with a neutral facial expression.
- Our tool automatically centers your image and crops it to the mandatory square 1:1 ratio.
- It performs adaptive JPEG compression to guarantee your file lands safely under the 100KB portal limit.
